Secondly, preparation work before construction is also very important. The wall surface must be cleaned to ensure that there is no oil, dust and other impurities, which will affect the bonding effect. At the same time, stretch the lines according to the design drawing to determine the exact position of the lines.
During the construction process, correct construction methods must be followed. First mix the adhesive according to the proportion requirements, then evenly apply adhesive mortar on the back of the EPS line, immediately stick it to the wall, and squeeze hard to ensure that the air between the line and the wall is completely exhausted.
In addition, in order to increase the bonding area and bonding force, the point frame method can be used for construction. When designed as a paint finish, the bonding area rate is not less than 60%; when designed as a tile finish, the bonding area rate is not less than 80%.
